„We showed our team´s strong,“ Jan Kovařík thinks
A very helpful asset. This is Jan Kovařík who shows his strenght from the very beginning here in Plzeň. He extended his great performances from the Napoli matches against Brno, too. Viktoria did not play well at the beginning of the match. It could be nerves from the first spring match of the GL. On top of that Brno scored first goal. After that Viktoria shaked themselves and started to play their game. „You never gain power when you lose from the very beginning. You have to turn the match and it´s never easy. But I think we showed our team´s very strong if we made the match like this,“ the midfielder praised the team.
Viktorka perfectly made the rematch!
Viktorka went to Brno with desire to make up the home defeat from the start of the Gambrinus League. Coach Vrba warned before the match that Brno will be excited for the first spring match and they did fulfil it.

Viktoria went on their way through the Europe League where they beat Napoli in the return match at the Doosan Arena. The total score between these two teams was 5:0 for Pavel Vrba´s team! „It´s a bit unbelievable but I´m glad we made it. We played both matches very well so it wasn´t coincidence we won,“ Stanislav Tecl claims.
Great night for Viktoria!
This match was definitely one of those to enter the history. Not only to the club but to the whole Czech football history. Another perfect moment for the fans from Plzeň.

All Viktoria fans could not wait for the moment when their heros enter the spring part of the Europa League. They were to show their craft in Napoli. The bad news was that Pavel Vrba would not be able to use injured Michal Ďuriš.
Viktoria successful in the last friendly match
Viktoria Plzeň met as well as last year the same opponent Slask Wroclaw in the rehearsal for the Europa League spring. While last year the match ended as a draw 1:1, this time Viktoria could celebrate.
The ticket sale to Napoli
Monday 4th February from 9 a.m. – this is the time when the tickets to Napoli match will start to be sold. Viktoria Plzeň received from their opponent 1000 tickets which will be distributed only at the cash desks in Štruncovy sady. The fans will be allowed to pay with Euros (14 Euros per ticket) as well as with Czech crowns (350 CZK per ticket).

Viktoria licked Lokomotiv
Viktoria Plzeň has a well-done job behind. In the 2nd friendly match in Cyprus, which was considered as a real rehearsal before the Napoli match, they beat Lokomotiv Moscow 5:3. Standa Tecl starred with two goals and Marek Bakoš scored, too.

Viktoria drew with Levski Sofia
Viktoria played the first friendly match during their trainings in Cyprus. Pavel Vrba still missed Václav Procházka together with Horváth and Kolář because some injury troubles. Both teams had a number of chances to score and dozens of fans finally saw 6 goals and a draw 3:3.
