Viktoria Plzeň has a stable place on Czech football map. And footballers from Štruncovy sady are capable representatives of Region of Western Bohemia in the world of Czech sport. Viktoria is not only the team around Pavel Horváth at the highest Czech football league, but it also means 14 junior teams in each age cathegory, and 2 girl‘s teams.

Viktoria Plzeň trains its own addepts for football on the highest level, moreover, developing relations with partner clubs. They are monitoring talents all around the region and for the best ones giving chance to develop in Victoria’s junior teams.

Combination of almost 30 highly qualified trainers and ideal training conditions at stadium in Štruncovy sady and areal in Luční creates perfect base for raising new talents. The upbringing gives succesfull result of such famous Czech footballers as Vítězslav Lavička, Jaroslav Šilhavý, Karel Rada, or just recently Pavel Nedvěd, and Petr Čech etc.

For the next years, Viktoria wants to keep this high standard of its junior base. Junior teams achievements from the last years and constant high standard of reserve team men in the third highest league show that in Plzeň they have chosen the right way.
