Viktoria commenced the pre-season trainings with the new coach Roman Pivarník but missed 6 national team members. On Wednesday morning the coaches welcomed the team at the Doosan Arena.

The first training unit in Luční street stadium took 90 minutes and Viktorians underwent some combination excercises and final casual football. „I´m happy with the first training. The players came in a good mood and the first day went as planned. On Thursday the team will undergo some fitness tests and then we´ll continue in the training process. On Saturday morning the team will play a friendly match against Kozolupy within the project „We kick for football“,“ the new coach Roman Pivarník says about the programme for the following days. „It was a training of a high pace,“ Milan Petržela says smiling. „The coach notified we´ve got hard trainings ahead but we look forward to it, the break was quite long.“

The team was complete except the national team members and an „old“ Viktorian Marek Bakoš joined the team as well. The team welcomed other reinforcement as well, such as David Štípek, Egon Vůch, Tomáš Kučera or Lukáše Stratil. The coach also invited juniors Jakub Šiman, Adam Čihák or Miloš Kratochvíl. Convalescent Václav Pilař had an individual training.

Another newcomer was a Serbian player Nikola Vukajlovič coming from FK Proleter Novi Sad. „He is a young footballer who underwent three-weeks tests with the junior team. The player comes mostly for the future visions, nevertheless, he´ll join the pre-season trainings of the A team,“ the manager Adolf Šádek says about the 20-years-old talent.
