The second friendly match of the new season was played against Senco Doubravka. Viktoria Plzeň beat them 9:0 and each goal was scored by a different scorer.

It was quite a hot afternoon and the fans waited for the first goal of the match only 15 minutes when Tomáš Hořava scored from a penalty kick. Moments later the forward Jan Suchan scored as well. However, more goals were scored at the end of the 1st half when during 4 minutes Jan Baránek, Michael Krmenčík and Jan Kopic added their goals.

The coach Roman Pivarník sent a fresh line-up on the pitch. The next goal was scored by David Štípek on 66 minutes and Martin Chrien later. At the end Milan Petržela and Jiří Piroch added the last goals as well.

„It was quite hot but we played well, we train and it served its purpose,“ David Štípek says after the match. „In the morning we had a hard training so we´ve got quite a lot of it now, however, the match is always good for a change,“ he closes.

The next match is on programme in Rokycany on Saturday and the kick-off is on 10:30 a.m.
