Pavel Vrba's team met for the first training in Luční street on Saturday 5th January 2019. The training part for spring half of the season was officially started. New signings did not miss the training, too. On Tuesday the team will play the first friendly match.

Viktoria will attend two-phase trainings and three friendlies at home training stadium. On Tuesday 8th January they will meet Ústí nad Orlicí, on Saturday 12th January Baník Sokolov and on Thursday 17th January Ústí nad Labem. On 20th January the team will fly to Spanish Malaga where they will play four matches against abroad teams, whose names will be revealed later.

There are two newcomers in the team who participated in the trainings – Jean-David Beauguel and Joel Ngandu Kayamba,Viktoria also welcomed some returns from loan Marek Bakoš, Jiří Piroch and Jakub Šiman. Erik Pačinda also continues with the team. A-team also welcomed two juniors who played in UEFA Youth League – midfielder Pavel Šulc and striker Tomáš Kepl.
