Viktoria Plzeň presents its new technical sponsor. Since the 2020/2021 season, kits and all equipments will be distributed by Macron. Viktoria Plzeň is the newest member of a Macron family alongside clubs like Sporting CP, Nice, Lazio, Club Brugge etc.
“From the next season, the Italian brand Macron will dress us up. Its main article is football gear and it’s a spanking new brand on our market. We were impressed both by the top-class quality of the equipment and by its dynamic progress on the football map and by the services it is ready to deliver. Macron offers high-quality equipment for our training sessions, matches and casual wear as well. We are really looking forward to our cooperation,” club general manager Adolf Šádek said.
Dynamics, passion and desire to win. These are the key elements that connect Macron and Viktoria together. Work hard, play harder. That’s the common motto which will lead us to team success. This slogan is also reflected in the Macron Hero symbol, which will be displayed on all of team’s equipment. “That’s exactly how we’d like to be. Work hard, long for improvement every day and win together,” coach Adrian Guľa confirmed.
Viktoria Plzeň will be a key partner for the Italian brand in the whole central Europe. The club will benefit from the high-quality services, managed directly from the company headquarters in Bologna. This union also opens up a chance for Viktoria to take part in a wide range of other interesting projects. “We want to be attractive not only on the pitch, but also in the area of fashion, equipment or kits. We found a perfect ally in this respect,” Adolf Šádek added. He, on the behalf of the whole club, also expresses his thanks to the Puma company, which dressed up Viktoria since 2007 and was a part of all the great club achievements.
But now it’s time for a change. For a revolution in the field of team’s gear.
“We are really pleased we could join forces with a traditional and successful Czech club such as Viktoria Plzeň. By this act, we would like to introduce ourselves and break through on such an important and interesting market like central Europe,” Macron CEO Gianluca Pavanello said. “Top-class gear is waiting for Viktoria. This gear was developed by the most advanced technology but also reflects latest fashion trends and club tradition as well,” he added.
Viktorians will test the new gear including new balls right at the start of the summer pre-season.
The brand-new kits for the 2020/2021 season are a matter of course. The kits will be presented right before the new season opening, precisely in the second half of August. “We will have two unique sets of kits created just for us for the first time in our history. The kits will be very interesting. We were working closely with Macron on their development and I believe our fans will like them,” the club marketing director Jaromír Hamouz remarked.
The Viktoria shop will also change its style and colors and the store will of course offer the new Macron products. The fans can look forward to a brand-new collection.
