Phenomenal success! Viktoria Plzeň has crossed Group C of the Conference Europa League with full points and set a new Czech record.

So far, no Czech club has managed to get the full 18 points in the European Cup group stage. "It´s something special, unique. It´s a piece of history and we are very happy that we managed to do it," says Viktoria coach Miroslav Koubek. "To win six games out of six is really difficult. This great moment is a great recognition especially for the players. If someone had said this after the draw, I would not have thought that something like this was possible," adds the experienced coach.

"Unbelievable, a fantastic achievement that we appreciate a lot, the whole team did a great job," adds Jhon Mosquera, the author of two goals. Yes, Viktoria is the only team in this year´s Conference Europa League that hasn´t lost a point. In all three European competitions this year, only Real Madrid, Manchester City (Champions League) and Leverkusen (Europa League) have done so. Only West Ham United managed a similar feat in the history of the competition last season. However, the Czech record is set!

"We also want to thank our fans who supported us at the matches and drove us forward. The atmosphere on Thursday was fantastic again and together we were able to enjoy the promotion celebrations at the end," says Lukas Kalvach, who led the team into the match against Astana with the captain´s armband.

Bottom line, Victorians, we´re heading straight to the Spring Eight finals! The name of the opponent will be announced at the draw in Nyon after the first round of the knockout phase. The draw will take place on Monday 18 December.
