Another chapter of successful cooperation was written jointly by FC Viktoria Plzeň and DOOSAN Škoda Power. Today, representatives of both entities signed a new general partnership agreement for the next four years.

The DOOSAN Škoda Power logo first appeared on Victorian jerseys in the 2005/2006 season. That was the start of a collaboration that has brought with it six championship titles, four Champions League appearances, big battles with European giants Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern and Manchester City in the years to come, this year´s historic Conference League campaign, as well as thousands of wonderful experiences and countless joint events and CSR activities for fans across the region. Together we have helped senior homes during Covid, regularly encourage blood donations, and support the Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation. We regularly organise a football tournament for Doosan employees, children introduce the players during championship matches and fans compete for gifts from the general partner at half-time of every match. Simply side by side, we entertain fans with football and help wherever it is needed.

Now the cooperation with the club´s general partner, whose name is also on our stadium and whose logo is proudly worn by the players on their jerseys, has been extended for another four years. This is the longest period of cooperation to date. The new contract was signed during the DOOSAN Partnership Day event at the Žofín in Prague.

"We appreciate this cooperation immensely, the support of DOOSAN Škoda Power is crucial for us and I dare say mutually successful. My words are confirmed by the fact that with this new contract we will cross the twenty-year mark of mutual support, which is absolutely extraordinary and only illustrates the mutual synergy," said Adolf Šádek, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the club.

"Together, we have not only celebrated great successes on the football field, but also made the fans happy and participated in many activities throughout the city of Pilsen and the Pilsen Region. CSR is also important, we are aware of our social responsibility. Our partnership is based on these pillars and we intend to develop them in the coming years," he added.

"The length of the club´s cooperation with its general partner is impressive, we appreciate it very much, and we will do our best for mutual satisfaction in the future. I think we have further challenges ahead of us and plans for the development of the club with a great emphasis on nurturing young talent. We look forward to many more successful years together," said Martin Dellenbach, a member of the club´s board of directors.

"Our employees are passionate fans of the club and live the success of Viktoria in domestic and international competitions," he added at the signing of the contract.

DOOSAN Skoda Power will be the club´s general partner for the next four seasons. The company´s logo will continue to be on the chest of all jersey variants and in both domestic competition and European Cup matches. The stadium will also continue to bear the name DOOSAN Arena.
