In the 6th round of the Gambrinus League Viktoria went to Uherské Hradiště where they met Slovácko. There were missing some card penalised and injured players in this match. The coach Pavel Vrba decided to save Pavel Horváth, Marián Čišovský and Milan Petržela because of the Wednesday match against Maribor. On their positions the substitutes such as Michal Ďuriš, Lukáš Hejda, František Rajtoral and Stanislav Tecl appeared.

And it was Tecl who created the first chance of Viktoria. On 1 minute of the game he shot from the edge of the penalty area but shot off the goal. 5 minutes later the home team had an effort on goal when Jiří Valenta run on the goal but missed. In the following minutes the game moved rather to the midfield and only Vlastimil Daníček had a chance to score. But he threatened only the fans sitting behind the goal than Kozáčik´s sanctuary. Nevertheless, 5 minutes later Slovácko put pressure on Viktoria and it was Daníček again who threatened Viktoria´s goal. This time he was more precise, he prolonged the pass the the penalty area and Kozáčik had to show a perfect save not to get a goal. The home team´s pressure did not stop and on 28 minutes Jan Trousil´s shot luckily did not end with goal. Plzeň answered with Michal Ďuriš´s shot but it had a lack of power so Dušan Melichárek had no problems to save this attempt. It changed a minute later when Stanislav Tecl had an effort on goal, Melichárek was busier this time but saved it again. Vladimír Darida took a corner and tried to round the ball to the goal but Melichárek boxed it out. With half-time approaching there were several more chances on both sides and the game was quite up and down. On 41 minutes the stadium finally saw a goal. The home team fans were definitely not happy becase it was their opponent who scored. Stanislav Tecl run with the ball to the penalty area and found Darida who quickly shot. The goalkeeper hit the ball back to the penalty area but there was Kovařík waiting for it and pushed it to the goal. 0:1 for Viktoria.

At the beginning of the half-time Jakub Petr attempted to equal the score but he shot off the goal. On 54 minutes active Tecl appeared in a promising chance again but the ball flew right above the crossbar. 5 minutes later Petr again wanted to threaten Kozáčik´s goal with a technical shot but even this time he was not successful. On 61 minutes Viktoria had a quick break and suddenly there were more players to attack the goal. David Limberský passed the ball to František Rajtoral who face to face to Melichárek chose the pass to Tecl who did not reach the ball. But Michal Ďuriš also had a great position and made to score 0:2! 7 minutes later Marek Havlík´s centre found Jiří Valenta who quickly shot through Matůš Kozáčik and their lowered the score to 1:2. The euphoria of Slovácko did not take long because 2 minutes later Michal Ďuriš sent a pass to running Stanislav Tecl who lobbed the ball over Melichárek 1:3! On 82 minutes the stadium in Uherské Hradišt could see Milan Petržela´s talent who substituted František Rajtoral. This midfielder shot from a sort of distance but the goalkeeper perforemd a perfect save. Moments later Petržela also appeared in the defence when after a corner he stopped the ball on the goal line. Those chances were the last one of this match.

Viktoria won 3:1 in Slovácko and still keeps the 1st position in the Gambrius League standings. After six rounds finished they have got 16 points for 5 wins and 1 draw. In the next round they will meet Sigma Olomouc on Sunday starting at 7 p.m. Before this match they will travel to Maribor to play the rematch of the Champions League rematch.
