The second half brought a much livelier spectacle and several big chances at both ends. Kuol came close to scoring, hitting the post, while Memić and Ladra were also denied. Both goalkeepers delivered solid performances, keeping their teams in the game until the very end. Viktoria take a valuable point from the big match at Letná after a goalless draw.

Viktoria got the big clash at Letná underway. Kuol did well to get past Červ, but his shot from inside the box went straight down the middle, giving Wiegele no trouble. The opening stages saw both sides struggling to find rhythm on the ball, with plenty of misplaced passes. In the 7th minute, Sojka tested Surovčík, but the goalkeeper dealt with it comfortably. Kuol then found himself in another promising position, but in the 11th minute he failed to make the most of his biggest chance and didn’t trouble the goal. At the other end, AC Sparta Prague created a big opportunity through Jan Kuchta. He rounded Wiegele, but pushed the ball too far ahead and couldn’t finish in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Sojka got on the end of a pass from Hrošovský, but only struck the crossbar. Up to the half-hour mark, the game flowed from end to end without any major chances. In the 32nd minute, Memić had an effort, but Surovčík made a good save, while Višinský fired over from the resulting corner. Viktoria had a brief spell of dominance towards the end of the first half, winning duels but lacking precision in the final third. The referee added no stoppage time, and the first half ended goalless.

In the 50th minute, Ladra unleashed a powerful long-range effort, but Surovčík managed to parry it away. A minute later, Memić tried his luck from a tight angle inside the box, but again Surovčík was equal to it. In the 59th minute, there was a clash in the Viktoria penalty area, with Sparta appealing for a penalty, but an offside was eventually given. In the 63rd minute, Adu fired over from distance after a good move. A few minutes later, Krčík hesitated when coming off his line, Kuol took advantage and went past him, but failed to pick a pass or finish the move. In the 73rd minute, Wiegele could only watch as Kuol struck the post. Viktoria also threatened at the other end, with Memić heading towards goal after a corner, but Surovčík once again kept his side in the game. The remainder of the match offered no major chances, and the clash with Sparta ended goalless once again.
