The Victorians leave for Spain today for a training camp. Coach Miroslav Koubek is taking 22 players and 4 goalkeepers with him to Benidorm.

In the morning there is a training session in Štruncové sady, in the afternoon a bus trip to Nuremberg and from there by plane directly to Alicante, from where the Victorians have less than an hour to Benidorm. There they will have an eleven-day training camp and the final part of their preparation for the spring season.

There are also three preparatory matches on the schedule - against Ferensváros, Krivbas and Aarhus. All the players who had light training restrictions in the past few days, i.e. Jan Sýkora, Tomáš Chorý and Erik Jirka, will be available to the coaching staff.

On the other hand, the roster for the training camp in Benidorm no longer includes forward Alex Tamm, who was on trial at our club from Nomme Kalju in Estonia. "He showed his qualities during the training sessions and preparatory matches and did an excellent job, for which we want to thank him. However, at the moment we have decided not to engage him. Due to the high competition in the offensive line, he would not have the necessary workload. We will continue to be in contact with him and we will keep an eye on him," said Daniel Kolář, the club´s sport director.

Rafiu Durosinmi, who is recovering from knee surgery, will not travel with the team. "He still has an individual programme and since he has not yet joined the training with the team, it will be better if he stays at home and makes full use of the facilities and services of the Doosan Arena," Kolář explained.

Goalkeeper Viktor Baier is missing on the plane to Alicante due to illness. Instead of him, the young goalkeepers from the club´s academy, Jan Sutr and Matyáš Šilhavý, are travelling to the training camp. "Viktor is ill, so he is staying at home and will join the team later. He will be replaced in the training process by a couple of talented goalkeepers from his own hatchery, for whom this will be their first chance with the first team and of course a great experience," said Daniel Kolář.

Midfielder Pavel Bucha has also already left the team and they are finalizing negotiations on his transfer to a foreign engagement.
