Another new face who will report to Martin Hyský tomorrow at the start of winter training is 22-year-old defender Adam Kadlec. His transfer will also include Milan Havel´s transfer to Bohemians Prague 1905. This will take place after January´s Europa League match against FC Porto.

Despite his young age, 22-year-old defender Adam Kadlec has already played five seasons in the top league, appearing in 74 matches and scoring three goals. He is now transferring to Viktoria Plzeň, with whom he has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract.

"Adam is one of the great talents of Czech football. He has all the prerequisites for further performance growth, and we are delighted that he is becoming part of our squad," said the club´s sporting director Martin Vozábal.

"I see the transfer to Viktoria as a big step in my career. It´s a huge challenge for me, and I accept it. I want to keep improving, and here I´ll have all the conditions I need to do that. The club is playing for the top spots, and I´m also very attracted to European cups. I can´t wait," said Adam Kadlec after signing the contract.

In the opposite direction, experienced defender Milan Havel will move from Viktoria to Bohemians Praha 1905. This will happen after the Europa League match against FC Porto, which Viktoria will play at the Doosan Arena on January 22. "Given that Sampson Dweh and Václav Jemelka are suspended for this important and attractive European match, it´s a logical step. We have reached a fair agreement with Bohemka," explained the club´s sporting director. "Milan is a hugely experienced player who has played in a large number of difficult matches both at home and in Europe, including the Champions League. He will give 100% in training, as well as in the match against Porto, which will be his farewell match. And we all want to say goodbye to such a big figure at the club in the best possible way," concludes Martin Vozábal.
