Tomorrow at 7:00 pm, Radoslav Kováč’s side face Crvena zvezda in the crucial second leg of the UEFA Europa League play-offs. Here is some important organisational information for fans, including a reminder to bring a valid form of ID.
UEL PLAY-OFF TICKETS
Tickets for the second leg against Crvena zvezda are still on sale HERE. Don’t miss this match and come support the team in the battle for European football. Online sales are available only to fans who created their Viktoria Key account by 12 August. If you do not have an account, you can purchase tickets only in person at the Viktoria Shop on Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, upon presentation of a Czech ID or proof of permanent residence in the Czech Republic.
TICKETS FOR SLOVÁCKO
We will be back at the Doosan Arena on Sunday for another home league match against Slovácko. Tickets for the match are available HERE.
SECURITY MEASURES
The match against Crvena zvezda has been classified as high-risk. We therefore ask all fans to follow the security instructions given by the stewards and arrive at the stadium well in advance.
ID CHECKS
As previously announced, entry to the home sections will be permitted only to Czech citizens and citizens of other countries who can prove that they are permanent residents of the Czech Republic. Every adult fan will therefore be required to present proof of identity at the stadium entrance confirming their place of permanent residence, either an identity card or a document confirming permanent residence in the Czech Republic. For season ticket holders, a valid season ticket will serve as sufficient proof. Children under the age of 15 accompanied by an adult will not need to present their own ID, but the accompanying adult must do so. Please remember to bring your identity documents!
Fans wearing Crvena zvezda shirts, scarves or any other club insignia will not be admitted to the home sections, regardless of whether they hold a valid ticket, and will not be entitled to a refund.
CHECKPOINTS
ID checks will take place at three checkpoints located IN FRONT OF THE TURNSTILES TO THE MAIN STAND, NEAR KLUBOVKA (FOR THE “V” SECTIONS) AND BY THE VIKTORIA SHOP (FOR THE “P” AND “R” SECTIONS AND THE OPPOSITE STAND). Once again, please arrive early!

DOOSAN ARENA OPENING TIME
The gates of the Doosan Arena will open, as usual, 90 minutes before kick-off, at 5:30 pm. The earlier you arrive, the better we will be able to manage the crowds at the turnstiles and prevent queues from forming.
NO ACCESS AROUND THE STADIUM
It will not be possible to reach the opposite stand by walking past the away section. All fans heading to the opposite stand must therefore go via the Viktoria Shop.
PAPER SIGNS PROHIBITED
Please remember that paper signs asking players for their shirts are not permitted inside the stadium. Following negative experiences with this issue, we have decided to ban these signs from the stadium.
VIKTORIA FANS SUPPORT WITH RESPECT
At the Doosan Arena, we support our team respectfully and in the spirit of fair play. Racism and any other form of intolerance will not be tolerated. Throwing any objects onto the pitch and the use of pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited. Let’s create a proper football atmosphere together!
VIKTORIA SHOP
The Viktoria Shop will be open from 9:00 am, while the merchandise stands in the main stand and Pallova Street will also be open before the match. Match scarves and other club merchandise will be available to purchase.

FAN ZONE
There will be no fan zone available during this European match.
PIVOVARSKÁ FOOTBRIDGE
The Pivovarská footbridge remains closed due to long-term reconstruction work.
PARKING
Parking directly at the Doosan Arena is not available. We therefore recommend using the usual parking areas nearby.
