Viktoria Plzeň welcomed Zlín at home in the 10th round. The match ended with a 0:1 victory for the visitors.

The Doosan Arena hosted the first of a series of three home games against Zlín. The home team had the first chances, with Prince Adu and Denis Višinský managing to slip through the visitors' defense. On the other side, Cletus Nombil had a great opportunity when he advanced alone on Florian Wiegele. However, Václav Jemelka made a great last-minute tackle. Višinský also came close to scoring when his shot at the far post narrowly missed the goal.

In the 27th minute, Michal Cupák got a shot off after a rebound in the box and put Zlín in the lead. Viktoria could have equalized immediately when Rafiu Durosinmi was fouled in the penalty area. The victim himself took the penalty, but only hit the post. The first half thus ended better for the visiting team.

Plzeň entered the second half with three changes to the lineup. Karel Spáčil, Tomáš Ladra, and Amar Memić came on to replace Merchase Doski, Milan Havel, and Cheick Souaré. The home team tried to turn the game around from the start. Ladra and Memić were particularly active, threatening down the right wing. Zlín retreated into a compact defense and waited for a mistake to punish. In the 67th minute, Christophe Kabongo replaced Denis Višinský.

Zlín's dense defense made it difficult for Viktoria to finish. There were many battles for high balls in the penalty area, and in the 80th minute, Durosinmi headed the ball after one of them, but goalkeeper Dostál caught his attempt. Long-time captain Lukáš Hejda came on at the end to strengthen the team's aerial play. Goalkeeper Wiegele also joined in the attack, but the equalizer did not come. Viktoria lost 0-1.
